Wow, this is really cool. Even though you can't see the cycles, it's immediately obvious that it's a cycling race by the helmets. And the 2 children standing still in the background also help to convey the speed of the race.
No critical comments here, because there's nothing to criticise. Excellent capture!

Very cool image. I'm not used to seeing such a long exposure for a fast moving subject, but I like it. Did you plan it like this?
