As Mark said:

landscape or environment that you find yourself living in.
Almost every town has one, and this is the environment I find myself in.
Also If this is an area that is well known, give us an out of the ordinary way of
seeing it.
I have learnt a lot about converting RAW files, and using Photoshop in
presenting this image, and I think the warm inviting glow of the signage against
the cold exterior of the building presents this image in an unusual way.
