StarTrails of the Southern celestial Pole. Image is a combination of 50x 15second exposures (400asa) on the canon G2, combined in Photoshop using the 'lighten' method. I was quite suprised that this did not generate stuttering (gaps) in the trails since the photos are 15 seconds but the downtime between images is almost 40 seconds.

An interesting technique to get a great photo. I wonder how many of us challengers will now try multiple long exposures to get the same effect. I know I will.
