Thanks Penny. I got a remote for my DSLR last year and use it mostly for trying out long exposure type shots during the daytime. I used an ND filter for this shot. The 20D has a 30sec exposure option but goes to bulb mode as the next and final step. The shutter keeps open as long as you keep the shutter button down on the cam or via a remote.
