Cut out some sky since the clouds were beyond the dynamic range of the scene. Pushed the brightness and contrast hard in the foreground since I had to underexpose the shot to capture the back mountain range, and then to lead the eye into the photo more ... local contrast/midtone sharpen the background green trees and mountain plus the railroad track.
