Interesting shot, Troy. Have you tried increasing the in-camera contrast settings when shooting in sepia or b & w? That also seems to help with sharpness in pics with a lot of details such as bricks and rocks.

This is quite the antique looking shot. It might actually benefit from some noise but it's been all but completely dialed out on that 5D.

This seems to be just the right subject for a sepia picy & the composition is really nice.I just have a slight feeling that I would like to see a bit less of the left side & a bit more of the right side. The picy still works as is though. Well done mate.
