a good job making something interesting that I would have overlooked. The edges trace out a few scribbles of simplicity as if an artist had drawn some wavy lines across a green page, signed it, and called it art.

Well, it looks like an overcast day to me, with no pronounced shadows. Unless you've got multi-directional lighting, I think it's pretty hard to avoid shadows completely. I could be wrong, of course, but I'm OK with this one, Rod.

The tones of green work well here, Rod, but I especially like the way the curves of the leaf on the right are outlined with light.
