It's the gentle amount of color that works for me. So many times we are tempted to bump the color to the max. Keeping the flower petals almost pastel is a treat. -Doug

Great catching the light Mary Anne. The petals really "pop". It's also interesting how the colors here look sort of similar to my construction site - kind of harsh but so romantic eh? -tv

I love the bokeh almost as much as the light. The subdued colors, interesting shadows and shapes make this an outstanding entry. Great job, Mary Anne!
