YB, this is a good example of the shot which is formally on topic but does not correspond the idea of the challenge. The picture here can also be shot with the fast shutter. Low shutter speed is not an essential part of the setup here. If you don’t see the exif, you, as a viewer, can easily imagine that this was shot by the normal daylight.
What about picture itself - a good composition with the nice tranquil natural colors. The track - leading viewer into composition and inviting to the walk.
