I have to say I see things quite the opposite of Rod. A tripod was really very much needed here. That said, I haven't been dragging my tripod around town this week either :-)

The general blur here seems to work well for me as I see the triangle formed by the crossings as the main element of the picy which may not work so well with sharpness in the picy. I didn't think of doing 1sec blur type picys for this challenge so well done Penny..

Handheld Penny? Great idea trying to get moving vehicles and people at 1 sec but a tripod would help to keep the buildings and street markings sharper. CJ
