Thanks Jano & RK:-) I have the feeling these are plastic & not glass as they're sort of domed & double glazed. Some had an opaque look maybe this is why the reflections look strange.I think I would make a mess with my cloning skills but will give it a go.

Wow is all I have to say. I do agree that the reflections could be cloned out to make this perfection. The range of the image is intriguing, and the light on the upper half really makes this image. I love that lens Rod, and you did great to get the dynamic range. jano

This is great Rod, but there are some odd reflections that are a bit distracting. -RK

Thanks Penny, Kiki & Tommy:-) It's funny Kiki I would think you would have great architecture in your neck of the woods going back to before Oz was even invented. It could be the long viewpoint Penny & also that there's nothing much to lead the eye to the top of the picy where our eyes want to go. The focal point should be the circler part in the roof but the top overwhelms it a. I did get some picys with no plants in but this just seemed to work best so your explanation might be the reason why Tommy.

I wish we had architecture like that here.. lovely take on the topic.

Something about this is messing with me. Is it because it's long and not wide?
I do agree that the sky is really interesting. Is it because of the glass?

I don't remember seeing this kind of wide angle architectural shot from you before. It's even nearly symmetrical, which makes me feel good about liking symmetry when yours are so ofter asymmetrical. But what makes it a standout are the sly little imperfections here and there which give it a personality that is almost surreal. The pallet adds to the impression - a battle between bits of warm light and cold blue sky. -tv

If we are to get one vote for each triangle we might as well just put our cameras down now. -Doug

Thanks Brent:-) This was a really hard shot to get as I had to look up for this one & went dizzy:-)

Nicely done mate, this architecture makes me want to visit the local library building again just a little bit :-)

really like both of your roof pics, mate. I was thinking about the same subject yesterday. I might try it.

Thanks Bruce mate:-) I got some other picys of the roof without any trees in but at more telephoto which didn't seem to work as well as this one but I will have another look at them as I did rush to post this.

Good, but I think a tighter crop without the dark branches would make this a better abstraction. Or . . . maybe some flash fill to lighten up the leaves.
