Hi Jano, True, true, I have a small (pid-Pod smile) and i don't feel safe hoisting the camera on it, I need the heftier model. Yvonne

I mean pods... not pids... lol jano
ctfchallenge03-May-2009 23:20
Yvonne... you'll have to get one of those gorilla pids, hoist your cam and remotely shoot it from inside? You'll get a lot of nice ones :) Very nice colors. jano

Of course there are a lot of them. Look how spoiled these little feathered friends are. -Doug

Hi Pals, This was through the glass as I was afraid to open the slider and scare them off. I am waiting for them to come back and I will sneak up on them from outside.Hopefully get a better, more uniform background which I would prefer as well. I was really surprised to look out and see this many. Yvonne

That's alot of goldfinches at one feeder - eyecatching.
ctfchallenge27-Apr-2009 02:37
Wow, I've never had that many goldfinches at my feeders! Did you take this through a window as it seems a little soft, or maybe it just could use a little more PP to sharpen it up a bit. Good "Many" shot Y! CJ

Amazing! I've never known anyone with pet goldfinch. This will get more votes than traffic cones and floor boards so I better get back to work. -tv

Love it - the little spots of yellow and black are perfect! (need I say more?)Penny Street

Nice on topic Yvonne. Love these yellow "spots". I think I would straighten it a bit and, if I would have enough time, replace the bright background on the right with the dark one from the left.

Gawd you were lucky Y cos you nearly won the last challenge, well done. This is a nice picy in a girly type of way which will only come in about fourth in the voting. Tommy & Penny have posted perfect picys & I've posted a near perfect picy so the top three places are taken:-)
