What a mix of wonderful lines, circles, octagons... and whatever else is mixed in! Very abstract. jano

Thanks Carole:-)

This is all about lines, angles, and circles, like Tommy said, geometry! Good work getting all the elements into the frame to present a good abstract image. CJ

Thanks Tommy & Brent:-)

Looks like you did a great job fitting all this into something that works mate. Maybe doesn't scream circles at me but they are definitely present and it all meshes together nicely. Nice work.

Someone's got to win.. and work. It's your turn. -tv

Thanks Doug, Mikey & Tommy:-) Well your responses certainly make me stiff neck worth it:-) I was angling the camera & my neck trying to make sense of what was in the frame & a couple of the these shots in landscape looked a real mess. I think you can ease off a bit Tommy as I only like placing in the top ten & not having to run the next challenge:-)

What I see as so critical for this type of selective abstraction is how well it locks into the frame. The lower left corner line and upper right grid lock it in while the rest struggles to break out from the irreconcilable pov - especially the light fixture floating aimlessly in its triangle of space. Good tension results. The beige and black fields of ambiguous color allow for a hint of blue enticement to freedom blocked by the fanciful black barrier. That upper right corner grid of jail-like bars reminds us that this is serious stuff. Now how's that for a reaction?? -tv

You framed it into a geometry lesson. This is one of my favorites of yours for this challenge. -Doug

Thanks Penny & Aamm:-) I thought there was a picy here but I had a hard time framing something with the camera.

this is fun - not my favorite, but I kind of like the lines which sometimes make circles, sometimes are thick, sometimes are dark, etc. Penny Street

Very nice abstract you have there, mate. Well done.
