Nicely done Debi. I like how the two boys are on different height it makes the picture very interesting. Good exposure too! ~Christakis

Debi, how did you achieve such exposure in such a challenging lighting (back-lit). Did you shoot Manual.

Thanks Carole, Doug, aam & Mary Anne. This is a very special picture to me too and not only fas a photograph. I spent some wonderful hours with these kids and was amazed at their positive attitude towards life- Debi

I like the way that they're so engaged with each other that they seem not to be paying attention to the photographer at all. Very natural.

Way to go Debi. It's nice to see a picture with so much action. Great job keeping it from becoming a silouette too. -Doug

Debi this is wonderful with the hands entering and toying with inviolable image center to give us some tension specific to the challenge topic. Clever but I have my eye on you...

PS. JB has already commented on the essentials.. so I guess I can retire TVCAERS or rename to give credit where due to Jim and Rod, e.g.: JBRBTVCAERS. -tv

Agree with Rod - nice job pulling detail out of those shadows. -angioman

Good, as it hits 3 edges. However, the one hand in the center is somewhat distracting to me.

You did a fantastic job on the exposure Debi with the strong backlight the subjects could have been thrown into silhouettes. The composition is very strong & it's a great looking picy, the kids seem genuinely happy by the look on their faces. Memorable shot.
