Yes you can. Our mods give votes to each other automatically in each challenge. We can do the same, I suppose :)

Thanks Shu. The pedestrian was a wonderfully lucky happening. Thanks Aam, maybe I'll move it back for voting. Can I count on at least one...? -tv

Why did you move it to exhibition, Tom, this is a great pic. Imo, this is much much better than the wheel photo.

I don't mid that your image in dotted with a few people because my eye is immediately drawn to the red sculpture and the striding pedestrian is a very nice touch. shu

Thanks Brent. Thanks Carole. About the white coat... in my painting and drawing classes, it was the rage at that time to fill the frame with detail without any "point of interest" being so strong as to overwhelm the collective interest of the rest of the frame. "Cross-fertilization of ideas" was another way of describing that esthetic. So one idea here is obviously the cube, and all the other spots of light and detail provide (or should provide) enough interest to effectively balance the central subject. Even better in the then modernist esthetic would be no point of interest even in the smallest detail that would carry greater weight than any other point. Well obviously, there are many degrees in between these two extremes, but I've ever since been drawn to some sort of balance within the frame that pulls the eye away from the central point but still allows it to come back. So I won't burn the white coat and hope that some of what I'm saying makes a bit of sense. -tv

Great shot and nicely timed- the movement of the bloke makes it look like he is being sucked into the hole. That's quite a sculpture.

This one is terrific Tom and you caught the walker at just the right time so if that cube fell down he'd go right through the hole! I kinda wish the shutter was a little faster to eliminate his motion blur but I'm not bothered by the other people too much, just the woman in the white coat which is so bright it draws a little too much attention. I don't know if you want to burn it a bit, but this is still a great picy as is. CJ

The other people in the picy don't distract me either but I think a solitary person would have had more impact, in an ahrt sense:-)

Thanks all this was a fun one waiting for the best combination of pedestrians and cube. -tv

It reminds me of a scene from a silent movie - the block is about to drop but the man escapes through the hole. I don't find the other figures a distraction, they all add to put the scene in context.

Looks like a trap. If he takes the cheese the cube will drop and he'll be stuck in the middle. -Doug

very good shot, color contrast is great, caught the man hands o pocket is well captured. I thought as Rod, if simplicity by only person could be happened, would be great shot. - rollthebone

There's no doubt this eye catcher is a middle picy a. I wish the bloke in front of the sculpture was the only person in the picy but it still works very well.
