Hi,
thank you very much for your comments. Majority is always right :-) - I straightened a bit the lantern. The trick was to do this without affecting the table which was already fully straightened.

Penny - yes, this is my second and till now the last shot with my new 5DMII :-((
No time for “private-photo-life" at the moment.

As CJ has said the lantern could use a bit of straigtening. Perhaps the whole photo could be rotated just a bit. Anyway, it's a good shot Konstantin. -dtallakson

I think the lantern needs to be straightened up whether the table remains level or not as it is such a major element in the picture. Even though the lantern is large, I am drawn to the woman and try to figure out what she is doing. Good one Konstantin. CJ

I think this just works as is but the composition snaps in better for me when it's cropped so we can't see around the left of the lantern. Nicely done mate.

I like the colors and the painterly effect. Agree with Brent about the slight tilt.
Have you truly only TAKEN two picys, or did you just only show us two?

Very nice Konstantin- looks like you are finding success right away with your new camera. My attention is indeed pulled just enough toward the OOF woman. I initially thought a slight crop to the left would take a little more attention away from the lamp, but it is maybe better to not cut off one side of that red table. I think possible the whole image is tilting just a little to the right? Good work!
