I've yet to find an instrument picture that doesn't get my attention and this is no exception. I enjoyed every detail from the Bm to the un-clipped strings... -Doug

Agree with all comments - this is an excellent shot and a great candid. I love here everything - the second-exactly captured moment, the expressions, colors, a great background and amazing sharpness. Realy - very very well done !

agree with tv... I keep coming back to this. And, if you haven't toned down anything, I think it's good the way it is. Penny Street

Very good natural street shot. The composition and receding degrees of bokeh make it a lively shot worth many looks. -tv

Appreciate the comments all :-) I see what you are saying and may experiment with reworking the image from scratch toning down the reds when I have more time Bruce- thanks :-)

Brent,

This is very good. Just one niggle . . . There is quite a melange of color in the background that draws attention away from the subject. Perhaps a little desaturation and/or a filter tint to the image would make it seem less busy in the background.

Another great one, Brent. You nailed this one. -dtallakson

Really good picture of the street musician Brent and I like the colorful crowd and car surrounding him. I hope he made enough to see him through for a while. Far too many homeless people with the economy the way it is today. :-( CJ

Great capture of the moment, Brent, and the DOF is perfect.

Thanks all, this guy was actually kind of surprising. I could tell by his unkempt appearance and the stuff he had with him on the ground that he was a street person in addition to being a street performer. He and his buddy playing bass weren't polished, but they were giving it their all and doing a decent job of a Foo Fighters song (yeah a Seattle connection there). I hope they hadn't been there playing long, because they had a sad quantity of bills in their tip case when I tossed some in.

Funny (title too) and good focus, expressions and, composition. The random OOF crowd of people and cars paint the "rest of the canvas" well. Genuine candid look to this one.
