Mereana and I are sisters Rod, didn't you know?
Christakis, these are wild mushrooms and I have no idea what kind. I found them out in the yard (you can see the dirt on the bottoms) and liked their shape, smooth texture, and nice contours. CJ

CJ are those real mushrooms? Look like marzipan to me....

Now you sound like Mereana:-)

How many times can you be wrong Rod? As many times as you voice an opinion! :-D CJ

Thanks Gang! This is a natural light shot from a window on the left. I do a fair amount of indoor shots in front of that window! :-D CJ

If you can't tell if it's a flash shot, then there's no point in hating it.

I like it very much, Carole. Lovely knife and background. Lighting is perfect, IMO. ~Lydia

I say it's a flash. Good lighting and composition, CJ.

Thanks! These are wild mushrooms and I really don't know if they are safe to eat or not so I didn't even try them, but I liked their shape! :-) CJ

Interesting mushrooms, Carole. They look like balls of dough. Are they poisonous? (I need to know if I should be hungry or not ;^) ) I like the highlight on the edge of the knife and also the repeating pattern on the blade. I also like how the shadows define the shape of the mushrooms. ~dtallakson
