She's a trooper, for sure Chris... always up for a new photography session. She did balk a tad bit at this one, though... since the bug was very alive. :) ~Lydia

Oh nooo... I would hate you for this. What lovely eyes though...

Still funny! :-) CJ

Glad to hear that. Maybe it has a flat light, I don't know, just a guess.

I think Aamms just having a hot flush as it looks like a straight picy to me.

LOL... as life would have it, the only thing I did to this was turn it into black and white... nothing else .. Didn't even zap the zit on her chin. I'm not at all sure why it looks overly processed to you. I don't see it, but I'd like to. Can you explain more, please? ~Lydia

Do you know what sista Lydia, I think Rod has a point regarding PP (from last challenge). This looks too PSed/processed. Excellent idea and composition, though.

So go ahead and mention it, Rod. *grin*
Nah... she was grossed out... but I really wanted a cute photo of her mouth and braces before she got them off (the braces, not the mouth. She still has the mouth. *grin* ) Thanks for the comments. ~Lydia

Ooops forgot to comment on the silly two tone border.

I bet she actually ate it & you're too embarrassed to say. Girls wiv braces do some strange things:-)
aam1234 15-Jan-2009 08:09
Ewww. No wonder she's not looking at what she's eating. Really good pic, Lydia.

She is a good sport which is what makes this shot special. Reminds me of a print ad from the 40's or 50's with a Twilight Zone (or Lydia) twist. ;^) ~dtallakson

I love my daughter. She was there... a couple of weeks before her braces were to come off... the bug was there... the fork was there... What else could I do but beg her to do this?

Really. What would ANY photographer do? *grin*

She's a sport, for sure. Her braces are now off... her teeth are straight.

Life is good. *grin again* ~Lydia
