I like it Sueanne, very sharp and the diagonal works well! - angioman

PS. Suey overcast light is the best light for taking colour picys.

I don't think it's too rough Tommy, Suey doesn't need any sunlight to get a great picy here. Just a tripod, self timer on, half click, focus & expose & viola a much better looking picy. Flash shadows on flower picys takes all the romance away a bit like if our partners bought us some flowers & walked through the door & just plonked em down on the table & said...here luv I got you these & just walked off. it's just as easy to give em a big cuddle & a kiss then give em the flowers. Big difference, same effort.

You guys are too rough. That yellow flower is great and the lighting ain't bad. -tv

Thanks, will try maybe but all we have is cloudy skies, no sunlight in the window.

I have to agree with Rod, Sue Anne. It's a nice composition, but I'd try it again with natural light (and shadows).

Well Done SueAnne.

It looks like you used bounce flash on this picy Suey, I think natural light even on a tripod would make this look softer & nicer. Bouncing flash on humans or dogs........or even cats if you're desperate:-) is OK but flowers really need natural light I fink. The composition looks really good but.

Lovely colors Sue Anne. The centered yellow flower works wonders in the asymmetrical bouquet. Very well done. -tv
