Thanks for all your comments. Camera has a telemacro mode that allow you to shoot at 12x at 3.2 feet. Natural Lighting, good day shooting they were too busy to fly off. A little cropping and post processing helped also. Sometimes use an additional close up lens to get closer, not sure if I had it on with this shot, can't tell from the exif info. Patience and practice.
