Thanks Xray for the info.
From your picture and description you live in an idyllic location.

Sorry about the size mistake. My goof, then.

The LX3's a spectacular little camera. After years of using slrs (film & digital) I've become a devoted fan of all-in-ones. My other camera of choice is the Sony R1; to me the LX3 is a pocketable R1. After I posted this I walked down to the beach (we got a rare 4-inch snowfall overnight) to shoot more with the LX3. As I was shooting scenics across the water, a bald eagle slowly circled overhead a couple of times; I could almost hear his chuckles at my limited focal range. That's the only drawback to these cams. One of these days I'll probably break down & purchase a Canon with a long lens. :)

ps... this shot was taken in *Dynamic B&W* mode, jpeg (I usually do RAW but not so much with the LX3, so good is the in-camera processing) & the only post-processing was downsize & sharpening.

Hi Xray
You are correct the limit is 150k, but "Flush" was 180k>.
I agree with Penny, it didn't offend but was funny, (the Brits are known for liking toilet humour). But having said that I am glad you replaced it with a shot taken with a LX3 for us to see. The camera has had rave reviews - I can see from the picture why. Interested to read your views, particularly its performance at high ISO and low light conditions.
Is it Zen enough, I don't know, but it looks cold enough. :)

Port Townsend, Washington. In the foggy background here is Discovery Bay.
Thanks Penny.

disturbing? I thought it was funny. Penny Street
where do you live?

YB, have the size rules changed? You said my Flush shot was way over the 105k size limit but I thought the limit was 150k. In any case I pulled it since it seemed to be disturbing.
