aam1234, ps; Good eye, sometimes uploading does 'interesting' things to an image, (occasionally good, often not).

Thanks all for the kind words.

aam1234, Yes, it was taken in the early morning (check the exif).
aam1234 14-Dec-2008 19:44
Did you take it in early morning/late evening, Tom. I'm guessing yes, and explains what appears to be (a false) jpeg artifacts.

Thisis nice, Tom. Good comp and color rendering. Makes me want to eat one. Cheers, -mikey

Hey Doug, I downsized the image just for you. (maybe time to upgrade that display, eh? haha)

The strong side light is creating dramatic shadows. Well done Tom. I do wish I could see the entire image without scrolling quite so much though. -COAmature

tv, thanks
YB, at this point they are slightly soft & very sweet & delicious
aam1234, actually very little cropping done here, (at 192mm & the tree fairly close). Or did you mean you would like to see more of the tree & fruit? Sorry, I'm familiar with the terms 'tight' & 'close' crop, but not "big photo crop".
aam1234 11-Dec-2008 19:42
Really like the light here. But it has "big photo crop" look to it, though.

I agree with tv's comment. The single leaf adds to the composition.
I have seen but never tasted them, are they sweet or sour?

Tom this works very well for me. Great composition against the neutral bg and nicely exposed. -tv
