Is this not the Lacoste store?? "Izod is notable for its pairing with the Lacoste shirt company from 1952-1993. While the shirts were equally Izod and Lacoste, they became known and popularized as "Izod" shirts which leads to the common misnomer that the famous "Alligator" is in fact the "Izod" trademark. The two companies ended the partnership in 1993 after disputing the manufacturing of future merchandise. Lacoste wanted the entire manufacturing process completed in France, while Izod wanted to design in France and manufacture in Asia. Lacoste continues to produce its "Alligator" shirt. It should be noted in recent years both the Izod and Lacoste companies have manufactured shirts in Asia."

Whatever... I still like it very much. ~Lydia

The original Lacoste logo is green/red/white. Tried to vision it, and suddenly saw the resemblance between the stairs in the background and ...... (Fill in the blank). Funny :) Gives another dimension to the cabs as well.

Nice colorful scene. Apropos crocodiles.. reminds me of an old joke:

A couple returning from a vacation in Egypt told all their friends back home what a fantastic experience it had been. They hartily recommended it to anyone. It had been high standards all the way, they were really impressed. As an example they mentioned an incident where a man had fallen overboard while on a Nile cruise: "..and even the *lifeboats* were from Lacoste!"

The busyness of this picture is very pleasing Penny. The diagonal splitting glass and reflection is brilliant. -COAmature
