Lydia - photographers are supposed to look like idiots, aren't they?
I'm wondering if the blacks should be blacker so the shadows would pop out more (don't know if that can be done) but I really like this (yes, you knew I would).

This and Penny's make a good pair. Both ascew and "indecisive" with regular pattern overlaying other 'patterns'. As a bw, the gray scale is a bit constricted which robs it of impact. -tv

Thanks! I liked the shadows and wanted to capture them. I'm sure I looked like an idiot for a long while taking a photo of the floor since the sun kept going behind the clouds. *grin* ~Lydia

Oh, wow. Without the crossing shadows this would have be excellent. With the shadows it's whatever adjective is a notch above excellent. -COAmature

I love the play of the crossing diagonal lines here, Lydia...and the skeletonized leaf and shadow add interest to the image.
