I was alluding to an airplane's attack from the sky. Seems like they are more prevalent than vehicles from the street in NYC. ~Lydia

Those are steel posts Lydia. Not designed to protect from explosive blast from the street but to keep a vehicle as a distance and prevent structural damage. Doug you've a sharp eye for auto grills. Limo services clutter up the streets with their lines waiting for executive pickup calls. -tv
