I like the way the bird stands out from the background Carole. The feathers look so soft and the color makes me think of orange sherbet. I didn't notice the burned concrete in the background at first- possibly cloning if you have some time would be a better solution to that distraction? I like the image and it's all about color.

Rod, I did a bit of burning behind the flamingo as there was some distracting concrete back there. These birds are really beautiful and I wish I could have gotten some better shots of them but no time. :-( CJ

This seems quite stylised with the light on the bird & some of the grass around it. The colour is awesome but.
