Hi Cat
Had a go with the burn tool.

You might have to mask her face off, when you try to recover, so that your PP will not affect her face. Her face looks perfect now, your PP should not change it. May be you'll have to add a layer mask to your levels/curves/dodge burn layers, which ever you use.

Hi Cat
Got bit of a problem, in darkening the areas you identified, I loose the highlight on the woman's right cheek.

Nice one YB. Its a good choice for the topic. However I feel it needs a lil bit of work. It has become more contrasty than necessary. The kids cap, lady's arm, and top of the pram cover are too bright, and the foliage of the trees behind are too dark, with bright highlights. We need to recover some of these extreme. BTW, The problems you see here is fairly typical of mid-day sun.

Very nice and it looks like the little one is trying to catch up.
