Chairs have been used in the 20th century to showcase 'design' and photographers have used them to enhance shots!
A chair can often be used to add interest or lead the eye to the focal point, or add dimension to a portrait.
The chair or seat does not have to be the focal point or subject, it just has to be recognizable in the image, ideally it should add interest to the image.
It can be photographed outside or inside, and shots can range from the home, office to outside landscapes or street scenes.
Any number of chairs can be in the image or just part of a chair, or the chair could be used as a prop.
Chairs and Seats are everywhere, from pubs, cafes, churches, parks, swingparks, landscapes, beach, cinemas and transportation
