Well, I wasn't able to capture the full breadth of the eclipse like I wanted, because the clouds didn't cooperate, but by some miracle they thinned a bit during totality and I was able to get some shots of the corona, coronal mass ejections and a gull passing by!

Nice shot Carl, in spite of the clouds. The Gull flying by popped a question in my head. What about the Gulls eyes?, It's not wearing protective lenses and its left eye is on the side facing the sun???

great job and picture with that cloudy sky!

here only partial like 90%, used my welding mask in front of the lens
and reajust the colors the best i can since the mask lens add lot of green
