I see you. Another day filled with wildfire smoke, spent indoors with the windows closed. I feel sorry for the animals—especially those directly impacted by the fires.

A stealthy deer in its summer coat. so far we are just on the western edge of the smoke.

Bad here again too Carl, but at least we can stay indoors with the air on and the windows close. Terrible fires and smoke for wildlife though.

This is somehow indicative to me of all those poor animals and birds trying to hide from the fires. It is hard to even think of that situation, really upsetting and who knows what next year will look like in terms of animal numbers.
