Nature’s Art

While it was a bit chilly at the nature preserve yesterday, being close to Lake Erie and all, I was quite surprised to open the shade this morning and see almost 2" of fresh, wet snow! Two days ago it was close to 80 degrees!

I spotted this beauty on one of the trees on our dog walk. Everything was white, and truthfully I would take this over 80 and humid every day of the week!

What a gorgeous winter abstract! I'd say it's hard to believe your drastic changes in temperature, but in fact we've been going through the same extremes, without the snow.
