I waited for hours for the starfish to move to the front glass of the tank. I used a fairly fast shutter with flash to darken the background and bounced the flash off a wall on the side of the tank. The glow is caused by the side light shinning through the top of the starfish. -- AussieDawg

This does have an electric quality to it, was a black light or something used (I have no idea how a balck light would effect a digital sensor)? Well done however you did it.
