I'll just add to what the others have said, very nice composition.

So great of you to say that! I shot this 2 days after a presentation given by an architectural photographer at my club. I loved how his images gave The City this utopian cleanliness, and much the look of architectural renderings. I sat there, that night, watching his slide show, rain pounding the windows, lightning flashing and thunder BOOOOOOMING, with a longing, so deep in my heart, that made me want to run to The City that very moment! I got home and told hubby that we were taking a ride in on Sunday. That day, I also shot the following:

Long, tall and colorful. Brings to mind an artist's rendering of a proposed building. --mlynn

That's why I was hesitant. I do need a second body as backup b/c I do some pro work. I do just love the idea though, of infrared with that fisheye - what a combo! It's tempting me!! ~ Lonnit

The perspective is awesome in this image as well as the color.. good shot Lonnit. BTW I thought of converting my 10D also but then decided to keep it as a second body, you can't unscrambled the eggs once it's done .~Mahmoud

A very nice shot Lonnit.. Cool colors :)

Is this the new building at Astor Place ..? Looks like a glass version (albeit a lil chubby) of the Flatiron building ..:P

I think this may have been more near to the center of the frame. I don't recall doing so much defishing here. Although, I must admit, defishing on a 5D is a bitch of a job! The 10D, with its smaller sensor gets a better result. On the 5D, with the full-frame sensor, it becomes a defishing expedition. Often, I can't completely defish. I adored that lens on the 10D, I rarely use it on the 5D. I'm thinking of infraredding my 10D, and then I'd keep the fish on it - a helluva compo, huh?!!! :) ~ Lonnit

This is excellent, Lonnit. I'm curious what happened to the bowed lines of the fisheye - fixed in PP? -tv
