Kelly, sorry I don't know. It was set up outside an old factory in Collinsville, Ct. It may be related to locks in a canal nearby. The complex has since been converted to retail stores such as antique shops, restaurants, etc. It's a very colorful and historical area. (Voted one of the best places to live in the US) shu
