A Proper D60 Blue & Green Christmas Tree

Okay, this is my D60 Blue Tree, but, the D60 couldn't hold the white star at the top with the rest of the deeper color...so....what to do? A composite, certainly, but wait till tomorrow to shoot a separate star...but wait, I have an XT image shot within the Challenge period...so I'm just having a little Christmas fun.

(so I went back and shot the Star, underexposing the rest of the tree and then made a composite. But this is the star on this tree...the goal being, of course, three different Christmas trees shot with three different Canon cameras on three different days)

You know, in one version her head is bigger and she DOES look like she is wearing a costume. But I decided to go smaller...and yet, as I think about this in the clearer light of day, the concept would not be bad for a family Christmas Card...all your kids, the wife/husband as the case may be, maybe grandkids and grandparents...I mean fill the tree up with happy faces.

Just an idea. (the above was edited to say Christmas Card, not Christmas Tree...doh!)
