Thanks Nico. There's a little story behind this. I have a tiny glass jar hand filled by a French street artist with coloured sand that forms a picture; a beach scene. I tried to shoot it for this challenge with the sun back-lighting the edges of the glass. These starfish were added for some themed background interest but it didn't work out as nice as I'd hoped. After giving up and arranging the fish back in their vase, I noticed they were backlit through the window against the autumn colours and it reminded be of pastels. I ended up liking this scene more the one I had set out to shoot! I won't get any more time to shoot for the challenge as I am without my 20D this week, so I may play with this to explore different processing options. Regards, -Najinsky
