Pops, shot at f/16.0, but I see what you mean and think you are right. Oh, well, next time...

Kelly, these were round, fruity sweets when we bought them (known as "Sparkles" in our country); my better half then "baked" the sweets in the oven (!!) until they melted slightly and the shapes became more interesting... I agree it looks "pre-tasted"!! :-) We then added little sticks from real lollipops and created the small still life. Oh, yes, I nearly forgot to add: the colours were not vivid enough for my liking so my wife "painted" these with some food colouring stuff. :-)

Love the bold colors and the simple elements of this. I only wish that yellow lolipop was sharper. It's still a great shot!
