Cooling Down

Bar Harbor, Maine

After the beans have been roasted to perfection they are dumped from the roaster into a big vat with spinning paddles to stir the hot beans and retard further roasting as they quickly come back to room temperature.

Funny shot, stunning.. and again that massive impression of volume. Almost makes me dizzy looking at the ones in the bottom.. those beans sure get around :) Great series and captions.
