Indian Corn is edible but very hard and only cultivated now for decorative purposes. The types used for animal or human food has been genetically selected to be highly nutriciuous and usually uniformlly yellow. I added #4 and #5 below. Thanks. Sam Attal

I really like your "corn" series very unusual colours. Maybe a daft question, are they edible or are they for feed purposes?
