Thanks for the comments. I had the in-camera sharpness setting turned all the way up, and Photoshop did the rest. As to the other five planes, I shot some nice images of them as well. But I had to pick one as an entry, and this was my favorite.

I'm surprised you've got this level of sharpness with the Canon 75-300 at 300mm. I thought this lens performs miserably at the long end. -dylan
