Nowadays, zoos try to keep the animals in
as natural environment as possible. Here,
the elk appears to be free and it is the
tree that has been caged.

Oops, I thought I checked size. Ugh. As for his pose, I just loved that he did this. It's hard to really tell, but there is a mist of water coming out of the tree, directly above his head. He was apparently cooling himself in it. ~ Lonnit
