I am still doing this project about *past* and taking kids in all kind of places.
I am carrying with me blankets, toys and box of junk, just in case if I see something interesting...I have general idea or two what I want to take but often I see something and will try other things also.In this case I just asked the boy to have a rest on the floor.
They are very good little actors and enjoying themselves immensely. But I have to take them in a group no more then 4-5 (otherwise they get very wild) and when I am taking pictures everybody else have to leave....

Super, Elana! As Lee said, that ray of light is simply outstanding.

You do not have to respond, of course, but this is the type of shot where I am so curious to knoe more about how in the world you found and did this? Scenario 1: carefully set up, pre-arranged with a willing model and in a location you knew advance would work well. (?) Scenario 2: You just happen to stumble upon this scene and happen to have your camera handy. (?) And there of course a myriad possibilities in-between these two extremes. Just makes me really interested in knowing more... ! :-)

Compliments and regards jnconradie

Touching image! You do black skin tones soooo well. A little burning on the sides bring it all into focus. Great job! shu
