Spring Break *

This is a picture taken during our Spring Break vacation.
The rain made the mood very blue for our kiddos who were looking forward to some fun in the sun.
It didn't make good photography weather for Mom either. :)

Yes, you remember quite well. I first posted the original picture because it was so gloomy with the rain. I don't think that really came across well though. Since I wasn't receiving any comments, I went ahead & played around with some PP. I also thought the angled brush strokes really enhanced the rainy mood. Thanks for the compliments! -- Jeannie

If I recall correctly, you first posted this prior to the post-processing? In any event, I wanted to comment that I thought the post-work works well and really enhanced the mood of the shot considerably. Compliments! jnconradie
