Thanks, Markjay. Good suggestion. ~ Larry

The blue really screams out at you when viewing this and I think the composition works nicely other than maybe standing back a tad more to give more "white space" around your subject. Very nicely done. Markjay

Thanks, Nico. Blue is my wife's favorite color also, so I had many vases to pick from. I had also done different crops and think a less centered composition would be better. ~ Larry

I am not sure whether there is a word such as thumbnail-ability, but if there is such a thing, this picture would rank very high on thumbnail-ability. The colour combination and simple/elegant background make for an eye-catching visual impression. The blue of the vase is obvious superb (Did you buy it for the challenge, or happended to have one around?) and with the yellows form a great combination. I really do hesitate "messing with" something so lovely, but would have been intrigued to know whether you also considered some less centered compositions/crops? (Just thinking out loud... not really intended as criticism.) Great work, Larry. Regards jnconradie
