I know that lots of photographers avoid the harsh light of midday, but sometimes I love it, especially out in the Southwest. It can create dramatic shadows and contrast, which is part of what drew me to this composition.
Beautiful out-of-camera picture. My first thought was the movie "The Alamo" so I had to look up "The Mission". Either title would work for this. Very nice! CJ
