Yo Ho Ho.. and a bottle of RUM!

A secluded Island somewhere?

This is a composite of two photographs.
1/. The Enterprise moored at Williamstown and extracted from its surroundings.
2/. A fabricated scene of a cave etc etc. using some clever little tricks to simulate water and the moonlight glow.

I can imagine a whole lot of time and trouble that went into this creation. Well done. (In my opinion, you now have the moonlight much better.) Compliments on the creativity and being able to follow through on a unique concept. Regards ~jnconradie

Thanks everyone, really do appreciate your encouraging and helpful comments.
Phil I did take yor advice and turn down the light a touch and desaturated the blue channel a whisker. ~Regards, Bob

Nicely done.
If anything, I'd maybe turn down the bright light a touch - I realise "moonlight" can be very bright, but this seems a little too much.
Other than that, excellent.

Wow.. you guys are quick off the mark? I am doing just that, posted a slightly blurred version just now but might need a bit more. I was also toying with the light specks, on one hand they give some life to the ship but on the other hand it looks less realistic.
I'll do another adjustment.

Thanks for commenting, Regards Bob.

I agree with Nugar. Great idea!

@Nugar, we gave up the * thing a while ago.

Nice idea Bob. Although I'm not much of a graphic artist, I'd say that here you need to blur the ship a bit so it looks like it is far away. As it is, it is too well defined. I would also clone the white speck that is where the hull touches the water on the front third of the ship. That would make the illusion complete. Sorry if the comment is not welcome, as I see you have no * in the title.
