I love the subtle way I didn't see the young man in the chair getting his cut right away. And the guy at the door is caught just right. There really is a LOT going on in this. $10 is pretty cheap for a good buzz, too! Jim H.

Thanks for your kind comment PK. The guy in the image is actually entering the shop and I can see how not knowing that as a viewer (it isn't very apparent) he might seem out of place. Glad to here you were eventually able to make peace with his presence there ;-)

I really like the colors and, especially, the treatment on this one. I held the comment back one or two days to make my mind up about the fella exiting the scene...I find now that it really suits the composition and, in a strange way, plays a wonderful balance with the brick wall on the left. Well done!

Thanks much Bruce and Lonnitt. Thought for sure I had posted small enough, but it should be good now Bruce. I hadn't thought of the Rockwellian angle during the shooting or processing, but I can see it now that you mention it. I'd be curious what Rockwell would think if he walked into Rudy's Barber Shop today and got a load of the loud music and patrons with green hair ;-)

Nice. I love shooting this sort of stuff. The guy in the doorway section of this is particularly nice. ~ Lonnit
