Yes, this is better, but that bright bokeh is still a distraction. I think you can outline it with the Magic Wand and then decrease the brightness.

Aam, I think this would look better without the OOF glass behind the cup. The bright white bokeh circle in the middle distracts from the delicate designs on the cup and saucer.
