Thanks for the comments. I wanted to do something with that old relic for awhile. When you get that close you need all the DOF you can get (in my opinion).
Nice macro. Great DOF. I've never had the guts to try F45 with my macro, but it seems to work pretty well (actually, I think my Canon 100 macro only goes to F32, but I've never tried that either). We had a grinder just like this when I was growing up.
